Certified Aromatherapist and reflexologist since 1994.Z is an E-RYT and has been practicing yoga since age 9. She offers small, intimate (no more that 7 people in a class) 7 beginner yoga classes weekly, in a wonderful, healing setting in Stanwood. A 1918 home transformed into a "wellness" clinic, also offering locally made,"green" aromatherapy products and reflexology. Meditation and aroma therapy classes held four times yearly.
