It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They never answer the phones. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. The staff is always changing and they have gone through two managers since they opened. I would not go back.
