Neuromuscular Rehabilitation is a Physical Therapy practice centered onevaluation and treatment of chronic pain through the use of surface electromyography (SEMG) to assist in diagnosing and treating movement pattern dysfucntions which may be contributing to chronic myofascial pain issues. After identification of movement patterns, SEMG may be used along with manual therapy and individualized exercise programs to help the client move beyond ingrained chronic pain patterns and behaviors.
