I provide individual, couples, and family counseling to those ages 8 and older. I specialize in the following areas: ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Anxiety, Family Conflict, Communication, Depression, Marriage Counseling, Religious/Spiritual Issues, and Sexual Addiction.
At LIFE Counseling, we believe that throughout life we face many obstacles and new challenges. How you approach and respond to lifes uncertanties will have a direct outcome on your job, family, friends, and your own identity. If you are currently facing an obstacle or a new challenge, you may benefit from counseling services. We can assist you in discovering a new awareness of your identity and strengthen your ability to turn the obstacles and challenges you face into opportunities for growth. Counseling will focus on the things that you can control and change, and identifying that which you may need to surrender.You can expect the counsel you receive to be clear, honest, and compassionate.
