Bad bad bad service.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They have a wide variety of group mat and equipment classes for pilates, yoga, personal training and kettlebell training. It's so fun because you get to try new things and see which ones you like. They also have them at multiple times during the week which makes it really convenient. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. It was so nice to arrive for classes and try out different teachers, all of whom are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in their various fields, I've gone to other places that were understaffed and never had a good experience. This place has a fantastic staff and they make the classes fun, pay attention to each and every person in the class, and for those reasons I'll definitely be going back. They always return my phone calls promptly--one of the many they do to provide great customer service. Finally both of the owners of this establishment go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure each client of the studio is well taken care of and accomplish their goals.
