They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. My massage was very comfortable. They applied enough pressure so that it was effective but not painful. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
