6 week appointment after braces were removed and the retainer does not fit. After paying over $3200 we are expected to pay $280 for a new retainer b/c this one no longer fits. Very DISAPPOINTING. 4 teeth lost the week before braces removed and 2 more lost 1st week of retainer. It would be one thing if the retainer was not worn regularly. It was worn every night except when staying the night at friends house. Office manager was very rude to my spouse on the phone. I will not recommend Dr. Roberts any longer to friends and family.
