They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They always make sure that I am properly fueled before my workout. They know the importance of this, so if I forget they always have something on hand for me to eat or drink. The exercises they gave me were so much fun. I never noticed how hard I was working and my workouts flew by. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
