$5 Classes, No Membership, and the owner (Jen) is just amazing. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line experience when she told me about what she learned at the latest conference she attended, and how she was incorporating that knowledge into her practice. She is certified in a variety of classes, but whatever she teaches it will always be done with a smile! I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and it is by far the best in the area. I never have to worry about my level of experience, from beginner to advanced, she's got us covered! Jen has always made herself available to us and gets back quickly to answer all of my question either via Facebook, phone, or text. This is an amazing place. With this group, the heart, and the specialized training that I get from MBC, my life is healthier and happier than it has been for years.
