I was born in this hospital at 7-7-1970 .... My father gave a sculpture for helping with my birth :-) My parents lived in the Mariposa mountains there and were artists/potters, but now we live in Holland.

Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.

I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
