this past sat I went to the walk in clinic on roemmelt dr . I was so displeased the way I was cared for, by the staff and karen Gallagher. I felt like I was intruding . I just had surgery 4 weeks ago and I mentioned it to karern, I told her dr bowman did the surgery she had nothing nice to say about dr bowman, which upset me. now the nurse that's another horror story, I give her a 1 star rating, my name is leonard Marcoux I am in your computer please I want to talk to some one about this terrible venture I had , by the way my doctors at arnot are one in a million, and I give you at arnot a 5 star rating

Worst hospital ever!!! I delivered my son at Arnot Ogden Medical center because I heard it had a great delivery unit, boy was that wrong!!!! First off when we first got there I was rushed into labor by having my water broke because my nurse had been working all night and said she wanted to go home. Then no one was around when I felt the need to push and my husband had to leave me to find someone to help me. (They claimed they had so many patients, but we did not see that many babies in the unit). After I had my baby I almost bled to death, and yet again my husband had to get a few people because I was on the floor in the bathroom bleeding so bad, finally I had a shot and ultrasound. I guess a piece of placenta was left inside my body cause my nurse pulled out way to fast because she wanted to go home and go to bed, Thanks! I also signed paperwork (denying) my sons shots, which they GAVE him without letting me know!!! I had the signed paperwork and everything, they even sent us home without letting me know, I found out at his 1st Dr.s apt. I was very upset because I called the hospital and they said they don't do things like that, but they called me back after they found the paperwork and said sorry, i guess it was a mistake.....really!!! Then to top it off, they CIRCUMCISED MY SON WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW!!!! I tried to get Arnot Ogden in trouble for all they did but because my son was not "hurt" by anything I could only walk away and be upset. I am never EVER going to this hospital again!!! I just wanted to let people know how horrible this hospital is!! The nurse was from Twin tiers women's health, so...Please if you can, go to another place!!
