My mother was recently in this hospital, over all I was satisfied with the care that was given to her. The nurses, aides, social worker and doctor were all very nice to her. I do think that she was discharged to soon, but we are managing. I would like to note that you need to make sure to advocate for your family member and ask a lot of questions. Ensure your loved on signs the consent form to release any information and care plan. They aren't the best at updating the family. Also important to ask what your loved one will need while there, what is allowed for them to have and not have. One of the things I absolutely did not agree with, is the patient cannot have their cell phone, yet the aides and nurses have theirs. To me its concerning for the privacy of the patients as well as they are on their phones not really paying attention to the patients as I saw that more than once.
They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my first visit but I feel I was let out too soon. My second visit I couldn't get out soon enough, I left with more problems than I came with. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged the first time.
