My complaint is that my daughter went in to have her baby and my daughter and I are very close after a couple of days going in to be with my daughter I pushed the call button for them to let me in well the nurses were talking about me ☹️They didn’t know I over heard them talking .so I cut my visit short and didn’t go back to see my daughter and grand baby this was in sept-18-18

a nurse was rude yelling at a man for being sick that she was to busy to mess with him then ask if he had insurance or not and of course he was Spanish and the nurse was white I told the man to sue the hospital since they care about the money so much and they over charge for everything

No, there was no annoying music

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
