My 2013 Rating: Mediocre. Be wary of two items: 1) the ER care: make sure you question the expensive tests (Xray's etc.) and work with the staff to get the correct care you really need. The ER completely missed the illness, another found the simple illness. 2) MMC Billing. Then, I had a question about the billing. the billing office is in Georgia and gave me the runaround for weeks. I finally started calling numbers at MMC until someone answered and finally had some progress.
MMC needs to be responsive to what's current in the community and also to provide a simple redress number on the statement and their website so that patients can get timely resolution to simple matters.
