They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Went in after with a large splinter deep in my arm. Attendant opened wound found small pieces of splinter which he removed and told me that though it felt as if the splinter was still there, that he had gotten all of it, and that this was normal. When I got home to Phoenix, I opened the site further, and removed two pieces of splinter, one was approximately a quarter of an inch in size and a second piece approximately an eighth in length. Not sure why the er was not able to remove them for me. Frustrating to know both my insurance and I will be billed with nothing accomplished
