This is the absolute worst place to go in the event of an emergency. I have been a patient in there emergency room 3 times, and on 2 of those occasions I was misdiagnosed. What was actually wrong with me? The flu one time, and an ear infection the other. Those are two of the EASIEST ailments to diagnose and treat. Most of the nurses here are absolutely the nicest and most caring people you will ever meet (they practically run the place), however on my last trip there, the two nurses I had were completely nasty/rude. They did not introduce themselves, make eye contact with me the entire time we were speaking, or give any impression whatsoever that they wanted to be there/were interested in solving the problem. Two of the doctors, people that came to draw blood, and various people from their cardiology department were professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. However, one of the doctors I saw was condescending, rude, and ultimately provided me with a misdiagnosis. I should note that the ONLY reason I gave this review 1 and not 0 stars, is because their outpatient pediatric offices are FANTASTIC. But their emergency department? Not so much.
