At first this provider appearded to be receptive to questions and would answer by phone or email until the questions were about problems we were having or issues with billing -- then they got quite nasty and refused to have a meeting to discuss the issues. The caregivers are very sweet and kind but inexperienced and the administrative team is very uninvolved and quite frankly -- uncaring and rude. I wouldn't tell anyone to use this caretaker for their loved ones. They just have a basic listings page in their ad and are not a member of the Better Business Bureau.
