I am warm, direct, interactive and provide an engaging process to bring strengths forward. I am more interested in your heart and soul than your symptoms. We will work deeply in an atmosphere of mutual respect and discovery. I care deeply about the people I see and that will come across clearly in our sessions. I will join you in a collaborative journey where we will work together with attention to physical, emotional and spiritual issues to reduce stress and improve your life in the areas we identify together.
My dynamic and integrative approach helps people who are experiencing stress as a result of relationship issues, parenting challenges, financial issues, recent trauma, difficulty managing moods or anxiety, procrastinating, lack of motivation, attention issues, disordered eating, addictions, or childhood abuse. I specialize in Couples/ Marriage/Family Therapy & Children/Adolescents.
I have had particular success with four types of clients: couples & families who desire to communicate better to reach new levels of intimacy, helping children & teens manage difficult emotions and behavior, helping people going through major life transitions (career change, bereavement, etc) and working with highly creative individuals.
