A Master's of Science graduate from the University of Wyoming in Exercise Physiology, Alice has more than 15 years of experience as an ACE certified Personal Trainer, an Elementary Physical Education Instructor, and an Exercise Physiologist. She currently works at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center as the Wellness Coordinator for their 1800 employees, and is currently writing a no-nonsense easy-to-follow book for people wanting to start following a healthy lifestyle.
