AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE GREAT; DR. FIELDS ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS. i KNEW I NEEDED A TOOTH PULLED; HE SAID HE COULD DO IT. HE PULLED AND PULLED AND GOT IT OUT. IN THE PROCESS HE CHIPPED THE LAST TOOTH ON A BRIDGE I HAD PUT IN ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO. HE SAID "i'LL HAVE TO REPLACE THAT SOMETIME." HOWEVER, HE SAID IT WAS UP TO ME TO PAY FOR IT - IT WAS 10 YEARS OLD AND WAS TIME TO BE REPLACED WITH A NEW BRIDGE ANYWAY. SO NOW HE EXPECTS ME TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF THREE CROWNS BECAUSE OF SOMETHING HE DID. MAKES ME VERY UNHAPPY. AFTER THE TOOTH PULLING I COULD NOT OPEN MY MOUTH ALL THE WAY FOR 3 1/2 MONTHS. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS MY BAD LUCK OR WHAT. HE WAS FRIENDLY, BUT THE REST OF THE EXPERIENCE PUT ME OFF. OH AND I PREPAID THROUGH CARE CREDIT SO I THINK I'M SCREWED ON THE OTHER WORK I NEED TO HAVE DONE BECAUSE I HAVE BASICALLY PAID FOR IT..

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
