Dr. Orchard earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, with honors, from the oldest fully accredited Naturopathic medical school, National College of Natural Medicine (www.ncnm.edu) in Portland, Oregon. During the five years of Naturopathic medical training, she focused her studies on women's health and endocrinology. She has also studied various forms of mind-body medicine, including Vipassana meditation, Tai Ji, Qi Gong, and Yoga.

Dr. Orchard was the resident ND at an integrative medicine clinic in New York City (http://www.integrativemedicalny.com) from 2008 to 2009, where her focus was preventive medicine, digestive disorders, and integrative cancer care. In September 2009, she returned to her Minnesota roots and began private practice in the Twin Cities area.

After graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in pre-medical studies from the University of St. Thomas (2001), Dr. Orchard earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (2008), with honors, from the oldest fully accredited Naturopathic medical school, National University of Natural Medicine, in Portland, Oregon.
