Services Our programs are based on the latest evidenced-based medical research and reviewed by board-certified medical doctors. We offer several programs, along with optional testing and services to provide a total preventive health experience appropriate for your individual age, health status and risk factors.
Each program includes: Health History to determine your current health and lifestyle situation, Lab tests, Physician consultation, and Body metrics.
Then, depending on your responses to the Health History questions, your age, gender, lifestyle, risk factors and the Prevention Package you’ve selected, your program may include additional lab tests, imaging, a comprehensive physical examination and health coaching.
All services are coordinated with your convenience and complete comfort in mind.
Choose from individual tests and imaging services focused on a specific health concern, or select one of our packages that include an in-depth evaluation of your health status along with valuable personal time with a board certified physician. All results are completely secure and confidential. We do not release your test results to any third party including insurers or your employer.
