Carol explains her philosophy and process very well. Her office is a comfy warm womb with a variety of seating arrangements and extremely welcoming and comforting. Carol herself is soft spoken and accepting and is genuinely concerned with my happiness. Her fee is mostly covered by my health insurance and she offers a neat way to pay online. She is punctual and dependable and while I have never had to call her in a crisis, I trust that she would be available and helpful.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was completely satisfied with the time I wisely spent talking to this counselor. They helped me so much; I would go back in a heartbeat.Waiting is never an issue as Carol is very prompt. They always return my phone calls quickly.Carol's ability to empathize and still stay objective is exceptional. She is exactly the kind of therapist I was looking for.
