They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment?
Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment
Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays?
No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
