I had Botox to my forehead to get rid of a crease. It was $250. After a month, the crease did not go away. He did another round of Botox for free. The crease still did not go away. Then Dr. Serra said I would need a filler, and it may cause an infection. I did not go back because I didn't want to spend any more money on this. The Dr was very personable, and made me feel comfortable.

I have had multiple procedures done with Dr. Serra and Mesos Cosmetic Center. I am very satisfied with the service I receive, the prices are very competitive but I am treated with the upmost care and my results are amazing. I have had botox and fillers and Smartlipo as well. I have just recently started the nutrition and weight management and doing fantastic! Highly recommended!
