I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.

My veterinarian explained, but it was a bunch of terms I just didn't understand
