No stars or minus stars but need to place at least one for the purposes of this venue. Vets seem ok as long as you don't need surgery. Beware of Dr. White. Go elsewhere. I felt there was a bait and switch because I came in to see Dr. Kline, thought he was going to operate on my dog, and then was informed that Dr. White, who is completely inexperienced and unqualified performed the surgery on my dog which resulted in him having a critical condition and thousands billed at an ER that also botched up my dog's notes possibly per the instructions of Dr. White.

Butchers have better surgical skills than Dr. White to the NTH degree. She completely misaligned the muscles in my dog's stomach, had stitched him up too tight resulting in necrotized tissues and now he has bumps on his stomach that look and feel like baby's teeth, and he came out vomiting and drinking water excessively for 5 days: a sure sign of excessive anesthesia.

She has no business operating on any living creature. NONE. Dr. Kline should not have enabled her to use my dog as a practice animal. Dr. White should only use carcasses because that is how bad she is.

She also extracted two teeth when I asked for Dr. Kline to only do a dental. Who does that: extract teeth on top of a stomach procedure so one can't eat and sustain food and energy?

Too many unqualified people are going through veterinary school and graduating.

I spoke with her after, and she spoke in a blasé and arrogant manner and was completely clueless as to her destructive and unskilled work. There is no honor in hurting another living thing intentionally or through neglect. A malpractice suit would be too good for them.

A third party vet said the results of her surgery was a complete mess and definitely not right. She is completely wrong as a surgeon and the clinic is too for hiring her.

Clincher: they left the foreign object that they were supposed to remove. My dog was cut up with no results in alleviating his painful condition. They just added more and then charged me for hard kibble without my consent, as well that would have been extremely hard for him to digest after stomach surgery and discharged him without an e-collar or clear instructions. DO NOT COME HERE FOR SURGERY.

I have always had a rule to only write positive reviews, but after all I have experienced with my dog because of Drs. Kline and White, I have revised my position. I am a fur mommy and I hope no one else goes through what I did. Stay the hell away from this clinic if your dog needs surgery!

I have always been pleased with Dr. Kline Sr. and Dr. Kline Jr. I think their prices are reasonable, they're always professional, not to mention- honest with you about your pets!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else- unless It's an emergency, and couldn't get in the office for some reason.
I have taken my dogs there,and in the past my cats. Now I have 2 dogs that go there for exams, shots, teeth cleaning, meds, etc. whatever they need!
I do have one dog that is difficult-2 yrs. old, and doesn't like people, except for us, He's a rescue! Dr. Kline Jr. is wonderful with him. Takes his time, patient, moves slow, and makes my dog comfortable. Even my 10 yr. old has been going there since a puppy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
