They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. I couldn't believe how insensitive they were, however, when my pet was sick - told me on the phone on a Friday if she was still vomiting on Monday to bring her in. She died at the e.r. over the weekend, and no one from there followed up with me. She had been chronically ill for 5 months to begin with. My veterinarian didn't even seem to care that I was upset and it just made the experience that much worse. . The veterinarian was unresponsive to my pet's need and apparently unwilling to make help her feel more comfortable b/c taking the time to do so would not have been convenient for her. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I GO THERE NOR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE..

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Note: Dr McKeown and Dr Laden are no longer with the practice! It is not the same now.
