My wife and I have taken 3 of our cats there and we were very impressed with the knowledge of the staff and the hospitality directed to our pets and us. On our last visit it was an emergency the day after New Years for our Cat Shadow. I called a 7:50 (open at 8) and they answered the phone. I explained the situation with our cat and how worried we were and they took us in right away. Shadow was seen by 8:30. We are so thankful and Shadow is doing so much better today. During the examination, we noticed how gentle they were with treatment and not at all loud. At no time did we feel uneasy with the practice. Everything was explained to us in detail and why it was needed. All of our questions were answered and at no time did we feel like the Dr. was a sales peson. They truly cared. We are very thankful and informed them that this day forward, we are changing from our old Vet Clinic to them.
