I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always take the time to listen to me. The staff was polite and courteous but the instructions to medicate my dog were ambiguious. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I felt very safe in their care.
