Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name.

They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.

I did really like dealing with Dr. Little. She is the young lady doctor. She seemed to genuinely care about what was going on but she also seemed like she was stretched thin and had a lot going on and was the only one around.
