The staff here is super rude and not welcoming at all. They would rather talk amongst themselves than to any clients and forget calling them on the phone! When calling them they are super rude to their clients. My dog was having an allergic reaction to her vaccines and the girl on the phone told me she was too busy to talk to me about it and that she was not a doctor so she couldn't help me. When looking for a veterinarian that used to work there they said that they didn't know and if they did they certainly wouldn't tell us anything and HUNG UP THE PHONE.
My family has been going there for approximately 13 years and their changes are for the worst. They are unprofessional, uncaring, inappropriate and rude. I would not recommend them and I am most certainly never going back.

They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find.

When my baby was sick they went above and beyond the scope of service in our time of need and grief...We won't go anywhere else!!
