As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs.
