Unfortunately, I no longer live in Connecticut so I am unable to have Dr. Lau look after my dogs. He is an extremely compassionate and skilled veterinarian who never gave me the impression that he was in it for the money. He truly has the best interest of the animals (and owners) under his care. After I moved out of the state, I never found another vet that provided the level of concern, care, and compassion that I experienced from Dr. Lau. Many of the other dog owners that I know feel that their veterinarians take advantage of them, overcharged them, and don't really care about the animals. I never ever had that feeling about Dr. Lau. What a wonderful human being.
