I love that we were welcomed as a new patient and treated with respect. Even though this was an unexpected visit and the doctor was busy, the office staff fit us quickly into the schedule. Other places I've visited pushed me through as if my pet was not important, however this doctor took her time and encouraged me to ask questions. It's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal clinic that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separated me from my pet. Dr. Thompson DVM and her staff went above and beyond to help me with my elder canine and took time to understand our particular situation.
