Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. The examining rooms at their office were not very clean. I was pretty grossed out that they weren't kept up better. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time.
