It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was only allowed to stay with my pet for part of the appointment, which I really didn't like very much because it gives my pet anxiety to be in a room filled with strangers.
