Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them.
