My parents took their female sharpei here to have her spayed. When they picked her up she was really puffy she was so puffy she looked pregnant. The vet said that this is normal. However come to find out this was not NORMAL! They ended up taking her to the Emergency Vet which they said that her stomach had turned and erupted. So they had to put her down. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW TO TAKE YOUR LOVED PETS TO THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING BECAUSE IF THEY CAN'T DO A SIMPLE SPAY WHICH IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT STEPS WHEN YOU GO TO COLLEGE FOR BECOMING A VETERINARIAN WHAT ELSE CAN THEY NOT DO RIGHT? DR. HARTMAN SHOULD NOT HAVE A VETERINARIAN LICENSE AND NEITHER SHOULD ANY OF HER EMPLOYEES! We will never get our beloved family member back. However if you would like to keep your pet I would not take them here.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. I was never left in the dark when my pet had to stay in overnight care here. This veterinarian is so thoughtful when it comes to keeping owners fully informed on their pets condition and making follow-up calls exactly when promised.
