I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They made me feel like the treatment plan for parvo they sold me was all I needed and within a 24 hour period, following their instructions, my dog ended up almost dead in my arms at the emergency animal hospital. Instead of paying 1-2 thousand dollars I am now paying probably 6-7 thousand or more, not to mention my dog went through incredible trauma. If you think your dog has parvo, go to the vet. Some things you just have to get expert help with. I believe in doing things for yourself, but you must know your limits.
