They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I really appreciate the extra effort they make to take excellent care of my animals. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

My Dog recently passed away at Country Side Veterinary. After surgery was performed on my dog, I visited the location everyday to make sure proper procedures were in place to assist my pet. The last day my pet was alive, I witnessed something I will never forget. The female veterinarian (Amanda) was on duty. I found my pet laying on the floor in a (pool) of IV fluids. I informed the only other staff member that was there that day of the situation. She informed the veterinarian of the situation. While the one staff member remained up-front at the desk area, I continued to discuss my Pets health with the female veterinarian. She told me to accept the fact that my dog was going to die. She handed me material concerning how to bury the dog. After she properly corrected the flow of IV fluids, she walked away and stated; I am sorry I forgot to start the IV fluids. This THING should never be around animals. I would never take any pet to Countryside veterinary Clinic until this female veterinarian is gone. Not everyone that works around animals is an animal lover. There are people who love to harm others, evil is out there. I had to choose a star rating to get this posted.
