They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. My pet almost died in their care due to a misdiagnosis and if I were you I would think twice about bringing your beloved pet here. My pet was dirty, unhappy, and starving for attention after being boarded here. I'd much rather go somewhere else and pay more just for the peace of mind that nothing like this will ever happen again. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Arrogant owner!!!!

Dr. Heidecker and the entire team was understanding and caring. They showed great respect to us and our cat Bob when he was failing in health. I can not express the comfort they brought to my family and Bob during his last day. Dr. Heidecker was very thorough and his team demonstrated professionalism and kindness!
