They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They have always shown the utmost compassion and made me feel as though I were part of their family rather than just a client. I've been taking my pets there for over 35 yrs. and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Concerned with money over the care of your pet. "Dr." Donovan should not be able to practice at all. Blue Cross Animal Hospital does ok with a healthy pet - when you show and pay for your less than 10 minute "check-up", but it stops there. They are essentially clueless on how to handle any issue and they do not listen to the pet owner when discussing symptoms. I have spent a great deal of money on useless tests and the care at this hospital is very poor. Do your pets a favor and find another place to manage their care.
