Dr. Keeker was wonderful with my Chow mix. It was nice of them to take pictures of my animals bad tooth before pulling it to show me its condition. Plus my dog's dental cleaning looked wonderful! Not to mention very feasable. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Thank you Dr. Keeker and Staff!
