Bar N Veterinary Clinic has proudly served Gatesville & the surrounding communities since June of 1995. Our clinic offers routine veterinary services for both small and large animals, including but not limited to: surgical procedures (including surgical laser option), dentals, laser therapy, digital x-ray, in-house lab, pharmacy, boarding, limited grooming, Science Diet pet foods & a variety of pet supplies/products. We also have a member on our staff who has a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Behavior & offers puppy training as well as instruction for behavior issues.
Dr. Kerry Newman is the owner and has been a practicing veterinarian for over 25 years. We have an experienced, highly capable staff and would welcome the opportunity to provide quality compassionate care for the pet members in your household and your livestock.

My little Lucky dog was very sick. I called and get an appointment for her the same day. Dr Kerry and the staff were very nice to my son and I, as well as very tender and loving to Lucky. Lucky was diagnosed with severe CHF. We thank Bar N Vet. for the compassion. The medication, gave us an extra week to spend loving our little dog, We were very blessed to have Bar N. We plan to get another dog in the future, and we will be using them for our future pet care needs.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
