They've never been late to any of my appointments. They have always been ready and prepared. I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me and my pets. In emergency situations, he has been available for off-hours consultation. When we lost one of our dogs to cancer, he could not have been kinder, more patient or more thoughtful during the entire process. He really shows he cares deeply for my pets and seems to share my love and concern for them. No other vet could show more dedication to his clients. I love how much attention to detail his staff shows. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. On a specific note, Dr. Olson went far beyond expected care when one of our pets suffered and later died of cancer. Dr.Olson cares for our pets almost as much as we do and treats them as loved and valued members of our family. I am forever indebted to him and his staff.
