I have two cats and one of them wouldn't cooperate at our previous vet clinic and was sedated (the vet my cat got doesn't like cats), so we switched to Hill and I am impressed at how they know how to handle her. She is completely submissive with them and they only handle her as much as is necessary. At Hill they told me that they never sedate a cat because of insubordination. My cat gets so frightened about vet visits that she soils her carrier, and at Hill they launder towels and give her a clean one to replace the soiled one. The horror story I've encountered at a different clinic ran up thousands of dollars with unnecessary tests and procedures, causing me to always be suspicious of being bilked out of money, but at Hill they are consistently honest and genuinely care about the animals.

I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
