I took my dog there for a simple procedure and he ended up with a horrible infection due to incorrect antibiotics. We were not given a strong enough antibiotic, therefore the infection was so bad the bone was showing. Then he ended up bloating in their care! His stomach flipped because he was stressed out from the infection. They performed surgery to stop the bloat but didn't remove his spleen which is standard for this type of surgery. I had to make the awful decision to euthanize my dog because of their neglect and incompetence. Do not take you dog there if you have a Giant breed dog. They have no clue how to treat giant breeds or even prevent bloat from happening
