The staff and veterinarian criticized me on the way I have been caring for my pet and then gave me no additional information on what I could be doing better to keep my pet healthy and happy. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.

Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

No, they were fully staffed
