Maya Yamagata DVM kept me waiting for 50 minutes after a 2 month wait for an appointment. When I suggested to her staff that clients could be called and notified that Dr. Yamagata is "running late" they said they do not do that.
This veterinarian then sent a staff member out to tell me she would not see my dog if I "had an attitude."

No consideration for clients, and worse, no compassion for animals!
I's leave a ZERO rating if I could.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
